We embarked on our third cruise thinking that as we were travelling P&O everything would be A1 or even above. well, this review will attempt to be objective but that is sometimes difficult as I am sure you will appreciate. However, taking first thing first:

Embarkation: much better than our two previous experiences with MSC. We were asked to arrive at the terminal at 2pm which we did, were issued a boarding group number and were called up only five minutes past the scheduled time. We appreciated the fact that there was plenty of seating to be had whilst waiting - not shuffling forward in hour-long queues! Embarkation was a real breeze and I have to say they have this down to a fine art.

Staff were invariably polite and helpful, though in the bars we could have done without a waiter asking us did we want a refill the second our glasses were empty - just a shade too enthusiastic.
