Booked this cruise as a last minute, really need to get away trip. We've been on the Pride over 10 years ago so knew what to expect. We were mostly looking for a relaxing trip and got that.

Yes, she has seen some wear but nothing that was alarming or vacation ruining. Others that we met had complaints about their cabins ranging from noise to broken TV's. The only small issue in ours were the lamp shades being a bit worn and out of shape. Ok yes the square box TV's are a tad annoying but it made us appreciate our 4k when we got back home.

The renovations were very nice and we enjoyed the new burgers and burritos. The Dive in Movies were at frustrating times so we never got to watch one. I was a bit disappointed to see that this is the only place you can view newer movies now. On past cruises, after a long day in port, it was always nice to relax in your cabin and watch a new movie you just missed in theaters before going to dinner.

Cabin Review

Extended Balcony

Cabin 8J

Extended Balcony was nice but I wouldn't recommend paying a ton extra for. It was not very private but had better views that others. Liked being lower to the water on deck 5 and was able to people watch as people got back on board the ship (some very late on the 1st trip to Cozumel.)Inside didn't notice much difference from other Balcony Cabins. Showing some age but nothing too bothersome.
