We just came back from a 2/13-2/20 cruise. I've read all the reviews prior and was concerned ....but they were all proven NOT true. I traveled with a 11 and 13 year old and husband and they absolutely LOVED it. They're still on high after coming back. If you have a family, I can tell you that you and your kids will LOVE it.

Just returned yesterday...embarkation was a breeze (seriously it took like less than 5 minutes), the food was excellent (better than Allure and Oasis), the room was excellent (great decor, LOTS of storage, well appointed), the ship was BEAUTIFUL (artwork everywhere, every detail was thoughtfully made), we LOVED dynamic dinning (so much better than going to one dining room every single day)....if you made your reservations, there was absolutely no hassle. Not once did we have to wait for our table....literally for the 7 night, we were brought to our table RIGHT AWAY (and I mean we not even one minute of waiting after our reservation time). Some times, we arrived a few minutes before reservation and they still took us to our table. When we asked for a window table, they did all they could to accommodate and half the time, we got a great table location (never hurts to just ask!). The entertainment was great (esp Sonic Odyssey). The room was well maintained and our attendant was amazing. Technology on the ship was great....the staff with their technologies didn't seem to have any problems with their tablets. We LOVED the bracelet....so much BETTER than a room card...you never have to worry about misplacing your room key! IT was SO convenient. Leaving the ship was very little hassle. The only one small thing that I could tell them to improve is the wait staff in the restaurants...I think they would benefit from is more wait staff as service to get our food/orders were sometimes long. Other than that, we had an amazing time....and, honestly, we've sailed on Allure and Oasis and we were concerned that we were going to be let down ....but we were wrong! My 13 year old son loved the SEA PLEX with all the teen activities. Really everyone had a great time. Is the cruise absolutely perfect....there's no such thing as PERFECT but for the amount of money we paid.....I think we got EXCELLENT value for the food, experience, entertainment, service and accommodations. I would strongly suggest you don't get discouraged by the negative reviews (especially the early ones when the ship just started) that for me seem misplaced. Not one negative review I've read in the past proved themselves right. You won't want to miss sailing this ship!
