Port of Miami was easy to get around at. We drove down there from Tampa and parked our car right across the street from the terminal. The cost is $20 per night but well worth it as it is guarded by the police and very safe.

Arrived at the port at 9:00a.m., doors opened at 9:30 and we were on the ship by 11:00a.m. Lunch in the buffet was very good, and we ate there most days. There is a lot of variety but everything was tasty and hot. If you are an average person with normal eating desires and habits then the food on the Epic will be just fine for you. If you normally eat gourmet food and dine at 5 star restaurants then you may be a little disappointed. We did the dinning package and overall had a great experience. We did feel that Cagneys had gone down a notch since our last experience there but it was still very good. The hostess there could use an attitude check - no personality and very unfriendly. We did not eat in the main dining rooms so cannot comment on them.

We did the Cirque dinner show and it was excellent. We sat in the balcony (which was a little tight) but saw everything perfectly and did not have to participate in anything. We also saw the Blue Man Group which was very good. DH did get a head ache from all the banging. The hypnotist was ok but not as good as others we've seen. Still put on a very funny adult show that we would go back to. We also enjoyed going to casino and had a lot of fun at the craps table. Met some great people there.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

This stateroom worked ok for us. Like everyone else says the bathroom set up is very weird and we did not care for it. Definitely would be uncomfortable using it with someone other than spouse in the room. Hopefully NCL got the message on this and will never do it again. The room is a little tight and the wave thing doesn't really add anything to the room. Overall it wouldn't keep me from booking the Epic again for the right price but I would choose another ship first if given the choice.
