My husband and I had such a wonderful time with Carnival Victory in 2012 we decided to repeat the same cruise itinerary in 2014, this time aboard the Carnival Valor. (I still need to review the Victory cruise...I am a little behind.)

**A little history: this was our 4th cruise, we are married with kids and live on the frozen tundra. Flying to our ports of departure cost about the same as our cruise fare, so we are spending a good amount of money on our getaways together. We have only cruised with Carnival.

We decided to take this itinerary again because it is so port heavy. We see Carnival as our vehicle to the different islands. Carnival is our traveling hotel and restaurant. We do not gamble or drink onboard. We choose interior cabins so that we can put out money in our excursions on the islands and our airfare to our departure port.

Cabin Review

Interior

Simple interior cabin, two singles pushed together to make a King. We unpacked the luggage and put the clothes in the closets and put the suitcase under the bed. Simple bathroom, plenty of towels. Cleaned twice daily. Blow dryer in the drawer. Samples of soap and toothpaste. Shampoo and body wash in the shower. Safe in the cupboard. Clean beach towels every evening for the next day.
