I have been on Carnival twice, Princess, Disney, then Holland America twice and now Royal. I have fallen in love with Holland America and heard so many tbings about Royal that I thought it would be so much more. Well it wasn't. If I had not had the agent who picked our room location, which was Costco, which was the best part of the cruise, everything else was ok.
The boarding process was perfect and fast. Which was at 1:30pm so that was a nice surprise.
The ship is clean and in need of updating but nothing was horrible.

The cabins are nice size vut the remote doesnt work and becareful the Stewart is not very nice.
