The MSC Divina is a huge disappointment! Not a cruise for Americans!! The Customer Service is horrible. None of the staff can speak or understand English fluently (including managers!) the food is disgusting ( on two different occasions I found hair in my food which was also served very cold!) I showed my plate to the waiter, he shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal, then picked the hair out of my food and also stuck his finger in my food to see if it was cold. He told me to eat it and never offered a fresh plate!.. There is also a 15% service charge for tipping added to your bill, this is why I believe the Customer Service is so horrible, because they do not have to work hard or earn their tip it's automatically given to them. (Trust me I believe in tipping, as a salon owner and stylist I know first hand about tips! You have to smile, make conversation, and go out of your way to please the customer. There is also a $12.00 per person per day service charge that is given to the staff as tips! There was one waitress we found in the cigar bar- Kartika from Indonesia. This young lady was pleasant and if it wasn't for her I would have left the ship, even if I had to swim home I would have! It was that bad! I normally would not have wrote a bad review ( Momma always said if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all!) sorry mom I had to let fellow Americans aware of this before they waste their hard earned money and time! Research research research before booking a cruise on the Divina! We learned a lesson the hard way! Hope this review will save someone money and help them find a cruise they can enjoy with friendly people, good food, and lots of fun! Good luck!

P.s. Our luggage (which had my medicine inside) was lost. We were promised we would have it by 4:30 at the latest. No luggage-Again promised by 6:00 pm. No luggage at 6:00 pm another promise for 8:30 pm and again at 10:30 pm! Guess what, at midnight no luggage or medicine the staff didn't care or try to help find it! My husband and I had to search every floor and by 2:00am we found it outside another passengers door! The only thing MSC cares about is charging you money!! Period!
