Many pluses on this techy ship. The balcony room we had was great. Storage was more than on any other ship. The bathroom was average size, with an oval glass enclosed shower which gave plenty of showering room. The bathroom light went into nightlight mode automatically - a great feature! The attractions were a one of a kind from bumper cars to free flying and so much more!! The North Star was awesome & worth the wait! The shows were out of this world and amazing !! The performers were some of the best I have seen. They even had a full, 2hr production of Mama Mia ! The Windjammer buffet had a great assortment and the breads were to die for! The restaurant food was good but the Dynamic Dining is a nightmare!! Unless you make your reservations in advance of your trip, you can't eat in the restaurants!!! How is person supposed to know which restaurants and at what time they want to eat months in advance. Once on board, you can't change your time or restaurant . This had many unhappy people complaining that they preferred a different restaurant than the one they booked because they liked the food better or they just felt like that cuisine that night - tough luck, no changes!! sometimes, you could get into a different restaurant if you wanted to eat after 9:30pm. It is a spectacular ship, but the hassles of reservations made for many stressful nights - which is something you don't want on vacation!! They need to rethink their Dynamic Dining- it isn't working!

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Great oversized room with plenty of storage! Large oversized shower. Good location, near elevators, but quiet.
