i sailed on RC's Vision of the Seas, Jan. 31 - Feb. 7, 2015. Absolutely horrendous experience. While on-board many many guests tried to convince each other to write in details the necessary reviews because it was consistent with guests that this trip was so bad.

1. FILTHY SHIP. Public men's restrooms were often without toilet paper but most always without paper towels. Urinals and floor underneath appeared as if they were not checked during the day. The men's restroom between the casino and Masquerade Theater had water overflowing from a urinal one evening...I came out immediately and attempted a call to guest relations that was useless because they didn't answer any call promptly. A crew member walked by, I stopped him and he said nothing but he did walk away without even checking the restroom.

2. The first call I had made to guest relations I wondered why it rang and rang without bring answered. After that any call to guest relations I counted and used tick marks to determine how many rings occurred before a human answered. Remember the ship isn't technologically equipped so there is no voice mail or call back services. The calls I recorded had 17, 23, 18 and 26 rings before a human answered. Unacceptable.
