We were aboard on the first of two back to back cruises when there were some episodes of probable norovirus ultimately affecting 200 of the 2000 passengers. The crew reacted immediately doing double duty serving food instead of self service, singers, dancers, even ships officers. Hand sanitizers were everywhere. When you got up from eating, no one could use the table until it was washed and allowed to air dry. This was all done with a smile. Some events had to be cancelled. The walls in our corridor were washed every 30 minutes. the cruise ended a day early with credit given for a day on our the next cruise. Since we were back to back, we were put up in a very high end hotel in Baltimore's inner harbor while the ship was fogged. When we got back on the next day, it was cleaner than when it was new. Kudos to the crew and Royal Carib in general.
Otherwise, the food was excellent, particularly in Giovanni's table and the Chef's Table experience was worth the extra cost in our view.
It was an interior cabin suitable only for sleeping, but what else do you need it for.
