Embarkation was easy. Beautiful ship. Pools were beautiful but filled with salt water. Not kid friendly. Kids club was a joke. Food was horrible. Same food everyday at the buffets at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bacon at breakfast was raw. Sit down dinner restaurants were beautiful but food was nothing to brag about. Same server for 7 nights yet we were always short on butter and coffee creamer and it seemed like it was a hassle for him to replenish. At times would ask "well how many more do you need?" Kids menu for sit down dinners was the same for 7 nights. No variety.

The staff never smiled, cared, or acknowledge you on the ship. Drink voucher

program is a joke. Drinks were watered down. Nothing to drink except water, coffee, tea at buffets during off times. During breakfast orange juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice was served from self serve stations, but if they ran out, oh well. No one was there to replenish.

Cabin Review

Cabin 11

Room was overall clean, but stains above the toilet were never removed. Sheets were dirty adn under the bed it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for over a month. Hand soap was not replaced when it ran out.
