they've been doing Free-Style for over a decade and still can not manage resources. If you don't make a reservation for dinner in a free dining rooms, you will stand in line and wait. Even if you DO make a reservation, which most people do, you will still have to wait to be seated. The dining service is fair to poor. 2 hours for dinner is not acceptable, especially when your waitress delivers dessert and hasn't asked if we wanted coffee. WE asked if we could have coffee, and after giving our order waited only another 10 minutes more to get coffee for desserts we had already eaten. We watched at least two dining tables come in after us - get better service, finish and leave the dining room as we sat waiting for dessert and coffee.
O'Sheehans wasn't much better. First day we had lunch there, four or us were one of the first tables to be seated. 20 minutes to get our drinks, after thirty minutes we asked about our lunch order. Then tables that had come in 20 minutes after us, got their meals. The meals arrived with many apologies.
We tried O'Sheehans again for a late night. only one other table there. He got fish and chips, I got a tuna sandwich and asked for a slice of cheese. Tables that seated after us got their meals - we spoke up again. The tuna sandwich arrived with apologies that 'we have no cheese'. I laughed, out loud. And picked up my sandwich and held stale, dried wheat bread. No toasted, but bread slices that had been sitting out somewhere. I sent it back, conveyed my dismay about bungling a simple tuna sandwich. The manager arrived a little later to apologize and present a new sandwich WITH cheese. I was so pleased until I picked it up and again got stale, old wheat bread.
Small cabin and even smaller bathroom. Lots of storage space. Don't expect more than two bath towels even if you ask multiple times. Finally had to call guest services.
