Sail Date: Jan 2015

Embarkation at Singapore was smooth and trouble free, with the exception that we ended up with one suitcase belonging to someone else delivered to our stateroom and our suitcase which had obviously been delivered elsewhere showed up just before departure.

The interior stateroom was roomy and comfortable, and in no way claustrophobic (a concern prior to the trip). The steward for our area did his job, but was not particularly engaged, it seemed. There were a couple of times his assistance was sought, but there didn't seem to be any real effort to be a 'consummate host'.

Food: we were somewhat disappointed with the variety of food available in the Horizon Court area, and especially the desert menu seemed quite limited. My wife asked if there was any ice-cream available and was directed to go and get an ice-cream cone at the on-deck ice-cream servery, which had quite limited options.

Cabin Review

Cabin II

Our stateroom was lovely; the area was quite central and reasonably quiet. We would certainly recommend this room.
