Cabin: Grand Suite with Balcony

We had high expectations of the Allure of the Seas, but felt extremely let down by the whole experience. We stayed in a Grand Suite and upon first arrival found that our balcony was filthy and hadn't even been cleaned. One of our major issues with the Allure was the Windjammer - the food was cold, tasteless, and of a generally poor standard, and choice was very limited. Most staff are rude, unhelpful and uncaring, and it impacts on the atmosphere on the ship considerably. The air conditioning in the suite was a joke. We couldn't get any relief from the heat in our room, and the air conditioning is clearly preset at a certain temperate for Royal Caribbean to save money. When we raised our concerns about this with guest relations, everything fell on deaf ears and the customer services did not attempt to put things right, as they are really not interested in the customers anymore. It seems to be all about money for Royal Caribbean.
