Cabin: The Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

Third cruise on the Breakaway in four months. We stayed in the Haven and spent most of our time there. The head concierge there, John D'Souza was excellent. Mr D'Souza always had time to give his undivided attention to a request. The restaurant staff was generally very good, greeting guests by name regularly.

The specialty restaurants we utilized were generally good. Le Bistro was a pleasant surprise and the vegetarian entree was excellent, as was the chocolate mousse type dessert. Haven restaurant needs new choices as it became repetitive.

Haven also needs additional deck helpers (i.e. employees to assist with umbrellas) and in fact more umbrellas to be available.

Cabin Review

The Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Nice cabin with a lot of space to spread out. For two people we were not tripping over each other and could each have our separate heating zone preferences. Also we did not have to wake each other upon entering the cabin if one was sleeping. Balcony is very small. Floor in master bathroom was always very cold.
