We had a packagetravel arranged by Costa through our normal travelagency in Copenhagen. They are not to blame.
Costa had booked flights with Lufthansa with stop in Frankfurt. Delay in 40 min. ment that the luggage did´nt come with our connecting flight to Turin. To small timedifference was the cause.
Great trouble in Turin airport because we had difficulty contacting our transfer waiting outside. We made a damagereport (PIR) and the said the luggage would reach us in Barcelona 2 days later.
