I traveled with my sister, her husband and my daughter. We have all cruised before on Carnival ships.

1. Do not stay in Stateroom 1194. If you are already assigned to this stateroom, change it. It is right over the gangway area and in the middle of the night, doors start slamming. I had to call Guest Service three nights. They did get the slamming to stop, but this ruined three nights sleep.

2. For those of you who enjoy the "review" type dancing/singing shows - forget it. It's all singing now - no dancing. And - each show is repeated twice. If you see a show at 8:00 one night, it will be the next night's late show. Also, two "game show" evenings with no real entertainment. Read more
