We went on the cruise with a group of 37...We met up with everyone at the airport and checked in at the Embassy Suites...which took a few hours since the keys cards wouldn't work in the doors...The hotel is old..rooms expensive....had a free cocktail hour with snacks which were pretty lame..popcorn and tortilla chips with RANCH dressing....salsa wasn't good....COME ON!!! THIS IS PUERTO RICO!!!

Getting on the ship was a breeze...took 10 mins or less....luggage delivered timely.. Our room was ok...the shower backed up..told the steward Trisna, who by the way was AWESOME...and it was fixed right away...but 2 other things were a little troublesome...The room was warm....very warm...the thermostat was of no help and other people in our group also complained how hot it was...also, it was very noisy under our room 1336..sounded like someone incessantly banging a pipe wrench on the side of the ship.....heard it at all hours throughout the trip...This was our first cruise..and the noisiest...the hallway too was really loud...oh well....

This was the Super Bowl cruise...the muster drill was after 11:20 pm.... after the game...felt sorry for people with kids...lot of drunks swaying but it didn't last long...

The room was above an area where people were constantly banging and working....it was loud....Bathrooms were clean...tv stand was dusty in back of the tv...just like at home!!!
