What an awesome cruise. Our group comprised of 4 adults and my 3 ½ yr old son, we did this cruise at the end of Jan 15. Our cruise was 12 nights: Isle of Pines, Mystery Island, Port Denarau, Suva and Noumea.

Boarding was a breeze. Stopped at a service station on the way and grabbed a box of coke & lemonade (15 cans ea), a big slab of 600ml water bottles and a couple of 1l Sodas. You are allowed 12 cans/bottles each. We were over between the 4 of us but it was fine. I had extra luggage tags printed and just sticky tapped them to the boxes and dropped it all off with our luggage. They were delivered to our room no problems. Walked on with the 2 bottles of soda and no one even checked my hand bag. We were on deck 7, rooms 7208 & 7156, balconies on port side. Both close to elevators/stairs which is handy and not noisy. Port side which was great as we had a view of Opera house. Also had a view of the islands all stops but Port Denarau.

Laundry is on most levels, $3.30 for a wash or dry and you just swipe your ‘Sail & Sign’ card. A light wash runs for 30mins and seemed you could use it still on port days too. We took a double adaptor and a switchboard but switchboard was taken off me. Double adaptor was plenty for charging 2 phones anyway.

7156 & 7208: The rooms are a great size. Balcony’s have 2 chairs and a small table and doesn’t feel cramped when you are all sitting out there. Lots of draws and cupboard space, robes even. Luggage fits easily under the bed. Parents had an old box tv and we had a new flat screen, really doesn’t matter as they are the same size, who cares if one takes up more room behind it. You can use the menu on the TV to keep an eye on your bill, also see the menu for the restaurant that night. Small string drying line in the shower which is handy for swimmers, we also put them out on the balcony chairs. There is a small hair dryer but no iron or kettle which would have been great.
