Sail Date: Jan 2015
Cabin: AquaClass 1

We sailed on the Silhoutee one of the Solistice ships departing Ft Lauderdale on January 31, 2015

The embarkation process for Aqua class was not great, we never did see a separate check in. The cruise was 7 nights and had three ports of call, Labadee, St Maarten and San Juan. We dined in Blu since we were in Aqua class and for the most part the food was good, but the service was hit or miss on most nights.

We ate in one specialty restaurant called QSINE. We ordered from IPADs and nothing we ordered was brought to our table. The kitchen just brings whatever they want. I told our waiter how unhappy we were and they still charged us-BAD MOVE...I found this to be really bad customer service policy. We never had dessert and the whole table just wanted to leave. Please do not and I will repeat DO NOT eat in QSINE its a total rip off. All the guests who had dined in other specialty restaurants really had a nice experience and people we spoke to who ate at QSINE felt the same way we did but said nothing. The rest of the cruise was nice and I really like celebrity but felt I will try another line after the treatment of speaking to guest relations about QSINE experience.
