Have recently returned from a lovely cruise on the Queen Victoria (first time on this ship but very similar to Queen Elizabeth). Embarkation was very easy but quite a long wait as a lot of people boarding. Very happy with cabin (6144) although there was a lot of vibration through my mattress on occasions which I've never noticed on any other cruises I've done before

Cabin was kept very clean by Ray. All the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. All public areas were spotless. Dining staff sweet and kind - thanks to Mel and Mark. We did try the Veranda restaurant but we were hugely disappointed, not only by the staff but by the food. However we did enjoy most of the food in the dinning room. I am not a fan of Lido food because of all the queuing so will pass commenting on that facility

We did have a very rough crossing around The Azores and many experienced travellers were sick. I was told told that the stabilisers on the Queen Victoria are not as good as those on Queen Mary

A lot of vibration in the cabin. Even my mattress vibrated sometimes!
