We had a very nice week on the RCCL Vision of the Seas. We live in Florida and the drive to the port, remote parking and check in were easy and quick. They have special lines for the loyalty members (Diamond) and check in was only a matter of minutes. It's a smaller ship- a little over 2000 passengers and all the public areas have been re-done with bright, cheery colors. The ship takes a little time to get use to as there are some major differences to most ships that we had been on. The buffet is in the front, with no outside seating, and the big lounge & the gym in the back.

Ports. Roatan, Honduras, Belize City, Belize, Costa Maya, Mexico, Cozumel, Mexico. We took one ship tour in Belize. The rest of the stops we did on our own. In Cozumel, we docked at the downtown pier which was very handy and didn't require a cab fare into town.

Entertainment. The theater is small - only one level, but the seats are very comfortable. We didn't attend that many evening shows, but the theater filled up fast for the ones we attended.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin G1

We had an outside cabin, on deck 2. The cabin was neat, clean and quite, with enough storage to meet our needs. The bathroom was bright and clean, with a new floor, and the shower big enough with very good water pressure. Our only cabin complaint was the mattress. The cabin attendant did put a foam pad on the bed which helped. (they are in the process of replacing mattresses by sections)
