MSC Divina Review

Just like a Lancia. Looks good but doesn't live up to its promise.

Positives:

Embarkation was easy. Luggage arrived in a reasonable time. Watch out for the rip off artists on the dock who claim they will get your luggage to you quickly, they are nothing to do with the cruise, they are dockers!!

Food was OK. As we were on for 2 weeks (back to back), we got the same menu, and I mean exactly the same menu both weeks. Waiters, cabin stewards were efficient and friendly. The officers and senior hotel staff are definitely superior beings. Very few hello's or how are you from them if they are seen about the ship. All of the lower level staff greet you with a smile. Something about practice what you preach.

Cabin Review

Cabin 12

See above. Avoid this cabin and those near it like the plague!!!Buffet Galleys directly above which are cleaned at 2.30 in the morning for half an hour.Guest RElations are powerless to do anything about it. We tried every night!!
