As a first time cruiser we had no idea what to expect so we decided to book a suite. When we boarded the ship we were bombarded with people trying to sell me packages and book excursions and felt very overwhelmed. We purchased a premium drink package for $55 each per day us dollars each and over the ten days came to $1100 .. Don't get me wrong if your a big drinker, great value. But I found that it didn't include fresh orange juice or large bottles of water etc... Like seriously! Then I realized that our vip included drinks complimentary between 5-8pm anyways... So in situations like this I felt I had been tricked because I also wasn't aware that I had a day to cancel my package...

I also was told I had to take the package for the whole ten days only to find out that people were taking the package just for the last three days. These type of discrepancies were very costly and is something for any first time cruiser to pay attention to..

Once we settled in and it took a day to work out the ins and outs of the ship and activities... We were very relaxed.. One more thing if you have chosen 6 pm dining, make sure your there on time as that is set times and you will miss out otherwise choose my time dining..

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite

Cabin OS

When I opened the door, I thought wow! The bathroom is Devine with spa bath, glass shower, double bowl basin and even a bade. Plenty of room to move. The cabin itself is spacious and lovely.. We enjoyed spending time in our suite after each says outing.. Here's a tip too guys that I was so impressed.. If the bed is too hard, speak to the lovely Daniella and she will organise the mattress to be softened or visa versa..The attentiveness of the help is second to none .. Our guy Joel was amazing! We cannot thank him enough for catering to our needs...The Vip package is well worth the money if you are after the being spoilt experience! Great seats with shows, the concierge was a great place to meet other cruisers and we enjoyed going there daily. We loved our home away from home... Once again our only gripe was the creaking of the roof when the seas are a little rough...Close to pool area but being the front of the ship can be a bit of a walk at times, but then it's advantages is its very private too.But well worth the extra money if you like comfort!
