You only get one chance for a first impression. If that is bad, forget everything else! Mistakenly, we thought that P&O had 'grown out of' their appalling embarkation shambles at Southampton by now (We are are in 2015). But no, we were made to stand in line for anything up to two hours and the cafe was shut.
Cunard, who use these same terminals, seat you comfortably with an open cafe and call you by initial.. How are P&O going to cope with twice the number of passengers when their new Britannia enters service this spring?
