We found that not only was everything on the islands expensive, (drinks $9.50) but onboard the ship as well. Whether it was astronomical whether a bottle of water, a coffee or Dristan!! Drinks were $10.78!! The liquor was cheaper on the ship than ANY island but the same store sold aspirins and such at such a high price it was remarkable. A box of 10 tablets (Dristan) was $15.25, yes, US dollars. The beds were hard as the floor but not in all rooms....our neighbors beds were comfy. There were no mid-ship elevators, just aft & fwd and the ship is a mile long, the largest out there!!! The rooms were narrow and the doorway so tight I couldn't get my walker through it ....I had to fold it up, then there was no place in the room to keep it where you didn't have to squeeze around it.

The wi fi was exp$$ensive and slow, the hottest food we found was in the specialty restaurants of which there were many. When you pay so much for the trip, you don't expect to have to pay for food, NOT get lobster ANYPLACE even if you do pay, or $3.75 for coffee, PLUS the auto tips whether you buy food, coffee or a btl of water!!!

The ship is 1,069 ft long and NOT handicap friendly. The theater had STEPS & only six (6) h/c seatsThere were only 50 wheelchairs for 3,969 guests and getting OFF the ship took HOURS! The walk was without exaggeration, a mile or more from the point of getting to the gangway, to the 6Flags style walkway to the terminal, through the terminal and customs and luggage claim, to the street to get your ride. Meanwhile, our ride was on the upper level outside of "arriving" but they directed us to the street level!!! I was pissed!!!

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

The room was narrow...you had to turn sideways to get around the beds, the beds were as hard as the floor (not in all rooms...the cabin next to our's had comfy beds), and the balcony was very tiny. 2 chairs and an itty bitty table. The best part of the room was the Bathroom.... It was large, had a dbl sink and a large shower with safety rails and 8 jets on the pole. The glass door had trouble staying closed on the rocky days but that was nothing to complain about in such a nice shower...and there was a retractable clothes line in there too!!!
