This is my 8th cruise. The sixth one on NCL. I took this same exact cruise on my honeymoon 32 years ago! Alot has changed. The size of this ship is double now. The ship is beautiful and breathtaking from the port. Her bright painting on the outside makes her standout for sure. Everything inside is very modern updated and clean.

Embarkation was not a breeze as we had heard. We had a new employee and he had no idea what he was doing. We ended up wasting 40 minutes in line. This was not a quick easy task by any means. The worst embarkation to date. My son ended up keeping a misprinted card with his name because the employee corrected it 3 times and never did cease to accomplish getting it correct, so we gave up.

The ship was crowded at times, more than most. We took our 25 year old son and 27 year old daughter on this trip. We have not traveled on a cruise together yet on a cruise, this was our first. We booked two balcony rooms on the same floor. Our booking cruise consultant, Andrea Wolf was persistent in her pursuit to make sure we got a good bargain and we did. We all were able to book only 2 weeks before sailaway. With this purchase, we secured a full drink package. This was huge! Our bar tab on the past 7 cruises was always kept to a minimum because of the expense of the drinks. We were allowed to have any drink at any time. Creations were astounding and delicious. Read more
