Wanted to cruise on Epic before she left for the Mediterranean. So my girlfriends and I booked this cruise. The ship is really nice with the common areas being well maintained. We took all our meals in either Taste or The Manhattan Room. Both restaurants were lovely and we had no trouble finding something to eat. My only complaint about Taste is that the windows have stained glass coverings making it very hard to see the water. The Manhattan Room has a soft jazz band that plays at night during dinner. We had lunch at O'Sheehan's a couple times. The chicken pot pie is so good. Be sure to get the brownie cheesecake for dessert. We had that several times during the cruise. The Great Outdoors has really good hamburgers and nachos. We ate at The Garden Cafe for breakfast every morning. The variety is good and it is faster than going to the restaurants.

LOVED the water slides. Was only able to partake one day but man were they fun. Be sure to make time for them. The pool arrangement is nice with a splash pad and there were a lot of people taking advantage of it.

We enjoyed The Blue Man Group. A must see on the ship. Also, a must see was the comedian hypnotist. Almost didn't go but so glad we did. Howl at the Moon is also very entertaining if you like music. We saw Legends but did not really care for it. VERY VERY LOUD! The Legends were Jimmy Buffet, Adele and Aretha Franklin. Aretha mostly shrieked. Of course Cirque is a must see. We did not get the premium seats so it was a little hard to see what was going on when they were at the top of the tent. We thought the food was good and the show was well worth the price.

Cabin Review

Large Balcony

Cabin B6

Wow what a cabin. There were 3 adult women in our cabin and we had plenty of storage space. In fact we did not fill it all up. On the last day of the cruise we discovered even more storage that we did not know we had. The balcony was unbelievably large and we spent a lot of time in the morning and then again late at night on it. It had 2 lounge chairs and 2 regular chairs and a small table on it. There is actually room for 3 lounge chairs. The bathroom situation is a little awkward but we managed. If you have not been on Epic, there is no separate room for the shower, toilet and sink. There is a curtain you can pull closed across the toilet and shower. There is only 1 outlet in the room so we had an extension cord with us and that worked fine. We found the location of the cabin to be a good one. We were close enough to the stairs and elevators but just far enough to not hear anything in the night.
