My wife is from the Philippines and speaks two of the most common languages spoken there. She was told by a Filipino crew member that the first stop to Coco Cay was not going to happen. The ship does that a lot she said to save money. Sure enough, the morning of our coco cay stop an announcement was made that the seas were too rough and the it was too windy to tender to coco cay. So, we then went directly to Nassau but arrived too late to get off the boat. Your just not safe there after dark. The next day was Sunday....everything was closed and the place looked like a ghost town. Oh , by the way the rock wall and all other boat activities were also closed. I went to the guest relations desk and while in line began to talk to other passengers. One of the girls behind the desk ran to the back and sent out a huge black man. He told me to stop talking to the passengers or and I said or what? He never answered that question and I kept talking . Since other ships were stopped and tendering passengers to their islands next to coco cay, the wave and wind story was crap. The seas were calm enough in fact to take a row boat to coco cay. The tenders they use will hold over 100 passengers and are not small boats. Just crap on top of crap. The shows were the worst I have ever seen on a cruise ship. The girls costumes were dirty and torn their wigs were cheap and un-brushed...... the other act is not worth mentioning.

Our dinner service was horrible the first night. We had a young lady from South Africa as our waiter. I ordered prime rib. She asked me how I wanted it cooked....medium rare or medium well. I said medium she again asked very hatefully medium rare or medium well. We asked to be moved and was given a wonderful man from Peru for the other two nights of the cruise.

We took our 7 year old son....no Coco Cay, a country with no people, no rock wall, no other activities for him and we did not trust the staff to put him in the kids groups. This cruise was a waste of time.....all they want to do is sell you something every minute of every day.
