This ship was by far my worst experience with cruising with

Royal Caribbean. Day 1 - My luggage was damaged and they did not resolve the situation to my satisfaction. I had American Tourister luggage and it was replaced with an off-brand, off color piece of luggage. I didn't think that basic black would be so much to ask for.

Day 2 - Requested dinner seating time to be changed due to health reasons and my request was satisfied.

Most of the staff was friendly on a whole, but then you had some that were lacking in personality, knowledge, and just in general not very helpful. My experience from beginning to end was not a very enjoyable cruise at all. I would seriously think, in all good conscience, to check out other cruise lines because of my overall disappointment on Royal Caribbean this time around. I loved my last cruise with them, but I cannot say that this cruise was by any means comparable to that one. I was totally disgusted I'm very sorry to say.
