This was our 4th cruise with Carnival and we were treated like Royalty. The staff on all 4 of our Carnival Cruises were always top notch. From the check in staff, the dining staff to the porter after the cruise. They always treat you like you were their favorite guest on the ship. I have never been dissatisfied with any of the 4 cruises we have been on. We have only been home a week and I am ready for another.

This was our 2nd cruise to Progreso and Cozumel. Enjoyed it just as much the second time.

I do feel the ship could have been cleaner. Our balcony was dirty and had cigarette(or something else) ashes all over the floor. All the windows in the public areas were filthy dirty and not fit to take a picture though what so ever.

Cabin 8D

We got the "let us pick your cabin" handed to us by our cruise coordinator and not by our choice. We were given cabin 8387. I really liked it for a couple of reasons and didn't like it for the noise. The cabin was on the veranda deck just 4 doors from the rear elevator which was extremely handy for zipping up 1 flight of stairs and the lido deck buffet was right there. Very handy for meals, a snack or a cool glass of lemonade. But the noise was very loud at times, especially bed time. Almost sounded like being in the basement of a bowling alley at times. Our room attendant was top notch. But they always are on every cruise we have been on.
