Our party of three all agree that this is our favorite ship ever. If I were asked what made this mellow dame so special I could not say, “Because of this:” Most likely it is because of top shelf management and the lucky combination of a ship well designed and in her prime.

( A special thanks to RUTH C. and POA1 for your many helpful post ) I will reveal first that my comments are made with the caveat that this is only my seventh cruise of four major lines so any comparisons are somewhat limited compared to those of you who are cruisers of many years. With that being said let me begin.

PUBLIC ROOMS: All were of an attractive design without being over the top. Many ships seem to be trying to out do each other and all too often garish ends up being the result. Not so on this ship. Tastefully chic would be the two words chosen to sum her up. Read more
