We went with our in-laws, 89 yr. old. They had a balcony, we had a small inside room down the hall.
Their steward Michael was excellent, very attentive...ours was Jenny...totally nonexistent. Only saw her once.
Room was kept clean, but not she was not an asset to the experience. Nothing in wet bar, no coffee pot. Maybe available in lesser priced rooms. Room service, excellent. All food service people excellent in Savoy, Taste and Tropicana. Very well trained. Excellent desserts. Food very good. Ship was very organized in getting people on and off. Also getting on and off at ports. Pool area small with all the activities. Missed having the outdoor grills and music on other ships. Our favorite entertainment was Howl at the Moon and the Illusionist. Enjoyed the Grammy entertainer. Casino was fun, didn't win but..nice and open. Shops seemed to have limited merchandise...mostly jewelry and duty free.Would recommend the ship. We had one person in a wheel chair and no problems. When in St. Martin, take a cab..$7 to Orient Beach...walk a short distance up the beach to Aloha restaurant. Get there early...get chair, drink and umbrella for $8. Pay cash...$ to Euro...equal. Sue is awesome. Great food...the Grouper, escargot, club sandwich...we go every year to St. Martin, this our fav.
Cabin small but adequate. Steward kept room clean but not attentive. See review.
