After reviewing cruises on the Royal Caribbean website we chose the trip to Cozumel and Belize. We called Royal Caribbean to book and found that the website was wrong, The ship was going to Labadee and Ocho Riso but we wanted this particullar week so we booked it. We completed on line check in with diner options. On reviewing our online check in, I found that our diner reservation with another couple now included only one other person. Upon calling customer service I find out that the information on the website is wrong gain and we are still scheduled to dine with both people in the other party. On arrving at the ship we found this huge line wating to get in. They delayed boarding for three hours and had people waiting in the street and not one sign of a Royal Caribbean employee or an explanation ever. Prior to boarding we made reservations for the 4pm ice show but when we get on board we find that times were changed from 2 and 4 to 3 and 5pm. We were assigned the 5pm show and we had formal diner reservations for 6pm. After a trip to customer service we were allowed to change to the earlier show. Once on board our experience improved considerably. The room was spacious, well designed and we had a larger than expected window. The meals in the main dining room were enjoyable with several excellent choices each evening. The buffet was excellent but the selections could have been more varied, The entertainment included very good shows each evening, a fantastic ice show, enjoyable music in the lounges and an active casino. In Ocho Rios we booked a tubing excursion followed by swimming but after tubing we were taken to a shopping area, which none of the group wanted since there was a shopping area near the ship. We were given the option of going to a beach for an additional fee before we departed for the shopping area. After several couples complained to customer service on board , a price adjustment was made. It appears that Royal Caribbean does a poor job of monitoring the excursions
