Very disappointing experience in many aspects. The ship design except for the restaurants reminds me business hotel, no warmth in the public areas design whatsoever. Everything is computorized which creates a lot of difficulties for people 55 and over. It took of me two days to coordinate my dining and show schedules. Instead of enjoying the ship people runs from place to place to make sure that they get to eat and see what they want. In general computer system does not work well enough creating additional problems. The public annunciation system is a complete disaster, when captain seeks nobody can hear anything. The cruise director whom I know from previous cruises nowhere can be found (same as he acted before). Children runs uncontrolled all over the pool areas, including solarium, where they are not permitted to be. Casino dialers of Russian and Ukrainian origin spending more time speaking with the players than conducting the games. So as I mention before it was a big dissapointment and if not for a very good food, restaurant design and excellent work of the ship crew it would've been a complete disaster.
