Overall we had a great vacation! We met Wee Jimmy the cruise director for the first time. He is a wonderful man and entertainer! First cruise director on any cruise I have been on that I will remember. Also met Thelma the head of guest services, we had a few small issues and guest services was happy to help us out, Thelma was wonderful to deal with and very personable when we saw her around the ship. She remembered our names and sat with us for awhile.

Food- Guys burgers - great! Blue Iguana- had breakfast there and it was good. Lido buffet was good and plentiful. Posh, we had great wait staff and the food was delicious, lots of choices. We also had the pizza a couple times, once it was pretty good the other time a little greasy. Ice cream - always there and a fav of my daughter!

Room- we had a very diligent young man that cleaned our cabin and was very friendly. The issue we did have was we booked a balcony room and it happened to be right above the casino band. They did turn it down a little after we complained but it was impossible for our daughter to sleep until midnight. I don't reccommend this room if you plan on spending time in your room prior to midnight. We were in cabin 6367. Carnival did recognize that we weren't getting what we paid for so they did compensate us!
