Our family took our first cruise on the Pacific Dawn to Cairns recently and whilst we thought the food and services was amazing there were areas you may need to know about if you are considering a cruise.

We were sold the cruise because of the fabulous activities for kids, especially the flying fox, climbing wall and walking up the front of the boat. I might add none of these were in action and were still being tested. the kids club activities were just too your for our daughter but she was 6 months too young ad the strict rules where that she could not go into the next year club where the activities were more enticing.

To finalise my disgruntle claim about our trip, my husband paid via direct debit whilst on the boat, to find out that his account was in arrears as all of the expenses documentation was claimed again until the relevant documentation was sent to the bank. Explain that I ask.
