We travelled with this cruise line in 2010 in the Mediterranean. Overall we found the food uninspiring and the excursion staff to be very amateurish. However, that was tolerable. What was not tolerable was the stench of sewage in which developed in the cabin. Fortunately there was another cabin available or we would have had to leave the ship. What ws surprising was that this seemed to be treated very casually by the ship's staff, with the explanation that this happened because of rough seas.

We were interested in the ports of call of this cruise from Colombo to Singapore and decided to give the ship a second chance. The food seemed better and the lecturers were very good. Unfortunately several days into the cruise the hot water became the colour of tea and for a substantial part of the cruise we had to bathe in brown water. This was not confined to our cabin but seemed to be a general problem. We were never given an explanation or an assurance that there was no health problem or even an apology.

Later in the cruise one of our facecloths, when opened up, proved to be covered in disgusting brown stains. This cloth had been carefully folded so that none of the stains were visible until the cloth was opened. It was fit only for garbage.
