The worst part of the cruise for my wife and I was having to listen to people complain, nonstop, about how "different" this ship is; about how it's not the same experience as the other RCCL ships.
NO DUH!!!!
That is the whole point, purpose, and theme of this new class of ships "...this changes EVERYTHING...". I guess they thought "changes everything" actually meant "stays the same always". Its amazing how people can be surrounded by beautiful artwork, modern fixes/fixtures, friendly and charismatic staff, great shows, and innovative dining options, yet STILL find something to complain about.
Great Room! Clean and smelled GREAT upon arrival. Having a balcony was my part of the room. I loved our balcony view. Although the lifeboats were one deck below us and CLEARLY visible, they did not obstruct our view. We slept with the balcony door open most nights and just listened to the ocean and enjoyed the breeze. Our room attendant, Kat, was amazing. Very pleasant personality and knowledgable of the days activities. We miss him. lolBathroom was small but manageable and modern. The bed was hard, but thats they way I like it. My wife did not particularly care for its firmness. As a 6'2" I appreciate the LENGTH of the bed. plenty of room for me to stretch out with room to spare. Furniture and decor was nice, neat, and NEW!
