INTRODUCTION

We are a couple in our 40's and this was our ninth cruise. We have cruised on Celebrity, Disney, NCL and RC before and this was our second time with Carnival. Our previous cruise last year was great and we were very satisfied. This is the reason we choose Carnival again this year. Unfortunately this time it was a completely different experience and we really would not recommend Carnival anymore.

We choose this cruise mostly based on the itinerary that was offered. We decided on the Carnival Sunshine cruise departing on Jan 10 from Port Canaveral that was visiting Nassau, St. Thomas, San Juan and Grand Turk because there were two of those ports of call that we never visited, i.e. San Juan and Grand Turk.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4B

The stateroom is a little cramped and there is no mini-fridge to store water or sodas. No nightstands or electrical outlet near the bed so if you need a CPAP this could be a little annoying. You will have to ask the stateroom attendant for an electrical cord and a chair or a little table to put your machine beside the bed.
