General

I had a blast with my boyfriend on our Caribbean Cruise! I have never taken a cruise so I didn't have anything to compare it to, but it never felt like 4,500 people were on the ship. Elevators were always available, there were always quick service in the restaurants, the shows weren't packed, and we had pool chairs each day. It was not overwhelming as I had expected, and everyone we ran into was surprisingly pleasant.. even the children. The NCL staff was extremely helpful and fun, with the exception of the cashiers in the souvenir shops who I found to be disgruntled each time I made a purchase.

I know that I don't have control over the itinerary, but having a sea day would have been nice to break up the 3 consecutive port days. The onboard shows we saw were entertaining, but for me they weren't very memorable... except Howl at the Moon (dueling pianos), who we saw 3 times! I suggest going to all of the shows because you're bound to find at least one event you really love, or at least you'll be entertained by something you may not normally see at home.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

This room was great! We preferred that the bed was closest the balcony and the couch was the first thing in the room. The bathroom was interesting and the curtain gave you a sense of privacy. It was quiet, close to stairs/elevators, and the bed/pillow was more comfortable than my own.
