This cruise was our 11th cruise, our 6th with Royal. My wife and I really enjoy the smaller ships. I will be the first to admit that we don't go to a ton of the entertainment offerings although we do a few each cruise, especially the longer ones we have taken. We love the smaller ships because we can feel the sea and we can sit and enjoy viewing and hearing the waves.

First RC embarkation was nothing but splendid. We were on the ship in 30 minutes from arriving and all the staff treated us like we meant something to them. Of course my first stop was the bar at the pool, Not sure how we feel about the drink packages though. We purchases the ultimate one but they had to ring my wife and separately since the package will only allow one drink at a time. I like getting one for my wife with out using 2 cards. But the service was great so all in all it was good.

We learned over our cruising history to keep away from the buffet as much as possible. We really enjoy the service of the dining room and the staff of The Enchantment did not disappoint. Our food was always good and the waiter and assistant waiter were very attentive. This is so welcome at breakfast for us. Sure beats getting run over by the all you can eat crowd.
