This was our 11th cruise, and we enjoyed the cruise. We are a family of 4 with a 12 year old and 14 year old. The ship was a little awkward, but I had researched beforehand and knew to avoid certain areas at certain times. I tried the ropes course and that was a scary thrill for me, as I am scared of heights, and the crew member came out to my platform with a wind speed detector, and shut the course down due to high wind speeds... yet, I still had to complete the course. The slides were awesome and fast! The new pizza recipe was great. I enjoyed the Havana food options. We avoided the Lido breakfast crowds four mornings by eating in the main dining room or at the Taste Bar breakfast on deck 5. We hit 7-8 comedy shows and enjoyed them all. The Limelight lounge was way too small, but we had good seats for all but one show. Our cabin location was good and our steward great. Our cabin (Interior quad with picture window) was next to the public outside deck 3 seating. This deck provided a peaceful, shaded area to enjoy the ocean. The Anytime Dining process was a PAIN, I won't lie, but we arrived in line before 6:30 every night and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Tea time was nice with my daughter. The VIFP past guest party's free drinks are always appreciated, especially since they handed us 3 whisky sours as we were leaving out the door. We put those in our fridge and saved for later at the comedy club. We enjoyed playing dominoes and tabletop shuffle board with the kids in the Red Frog Pub one afternoon. We avoided the lido deck sun bathing and pool during peak times: this area was awfully overcrowded (but so are most of the cruise ships on a sunny day)
Great cabin location right off the Lobby atrium, and convenient to outside deck. We had an excellent view from our window. Everyday I pulled a deck chair outside of our cabin window and peacefully rested while the others were showering in the cabin. There was some noise at night which sounded like crew members rolling something across the floor overhead.
