I've cruised before with Royal Caribbean (5 times), Carnival and on the Grand Princess, and they is only 1 word to describe this ship : rookie.

The ship was very badly designed, no mid-ship stairs, no elevators coordinations, placements and design was very ordinary to say the less. It seems that they fired all there design team and hired new peoples to take over the fabrication of the ship. Nothing to compare over Grand princess or Royal Caribbean.

Major disappointment went we got told that we needed to pay 100$ per day to have 2 chairs. Never this have been mention during our reservation on there website. This created an over crowded pool side area in which you almost have to battle other passengers to find a chair passed 10am.

Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom were a little bit smaller than other ships. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, we heard the next door's couple talk very clearly, the TV and some morning there alarm. They were a loud noice (like a huge fan pushing air into our room) coming from the ventilation when we openned to balcony door.
