Sail Date: Jan 2015

This was our first cruise "a test" to see if we would enjoy cruising prior to booking overseas. We sailed from Fremantle to Esperance, Albany return.

This is a four star ship but our whole experience was five star plus !! The staff, food, cabins, activities, cabaret shows were all first class. Nothing was too much to ask. The selection of food in all restaurants was amazing. The whole ship and cabins were spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a variety of activities each day that catered for the majority - quizzes, crafts, quest speakers, sports and games.

The majority of our passengers were older than us (average age 65+) but this wasn't an issue as they knew how to party like 20 year olds :-). There were a few families on board and although the cruise didn't really cater for families with activities - the families we spoke with didn't have an issue with this as they knew in advance that it catered for older age groups.

Cabin Review

Cabin Premium Suite

We were totally spoilt with this suite. It was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. We had our own balcony as well as our own private deck. It was at the front of the ship so going around the coast was a bit rough for one night but other than that we had a great view.
