It seemed as if we surprised the crew when we boarded the ship. seriously. there were so many issues that needed to be resolved, the line at Guest Services never ended for the first 3 days.

I love tropical vacations, and it takes a lot for me to not to enjoy one. this cruise almost accomplished that. the ship is dated, the staff seems weary, and there isn't any "buzz" anywhere - and we looked long and hard. of course there are some staff members who shined - Michael, our steward for cabins 5198 & 5200.

the dinner "shows" are almost embarrassing to watch. the best part of dinner is the melting chocolate cake. nothing else stood out on the menu. the burgers by the pool were excellent. and the taco bar was good. the "chocolate" ice cream only looked chocolate.
