We had taken this cruise 1-1/2 years before and had a phenomenal time, so we had to do it again. We repeated a lot of the excursions and added something new in each port. HIGHLY recommend arriving in San Juan 1 or 2 days before your embarkation or following disembarking . I could definitely spend more time in Old San Juan, it is magical. In St. Thomas, we took the Safari bus to Red Hook for the ferry to St. John and spent the day in Trunk Bay. Occasional rain showers did not keep us from enjoying the crystal blue water. Highly recommend bringing your snorkel equipment and check out the snorkel "trail". The 3rd day was an At Sea Day as we headed to Barbados. Some of the day was spent in the Library playing a rowdy game of Scatergories, had some new friends join us, which always makes the days so much more fun.

Last time we had such a fabulous time with ELEGANTE Tours which took us to dive with the Green Turtles sightseeing along the beaches, more swimming, and a scrumptious lunch that we absolutely had to have the newcomers experience this with us. St. Lucia we decided to take the island tour, the one and only we booked thru Carnival. The tour guide was so informative. After the land tour, we boarded a catamaran where we ate lunch then went swimming. The crew was so energetic and fabulous. TRY THE BANANA KETCHUP. St. Maarten was spent at Sunset Beach watching the planes land, what a great and unique experience. St. Kitts, we visited Brimstone Fort and Romney Manor. Romney Manor, was educational and picturesque, so glad we took the time. Brimstone Fort has such an interesting history and the view from the top WOW!

Now to our experience on the ship, firstly I have to commend the crew, one can not even imagine how hard they work, and how they somehow manage to stay cheerful and obliging. Our cabin was immaculate as was the entire ship. Don't miss the Fish N Chips restaurant. It is on the upper floor of the Rosie's buffet style restaurant. We enjoyed the menu at Fish N Chips, which included Ceviche, yum!

The room was spacious enough considering we were hardly ever in it. The bathroom was more than adequate, my husband is on the large size and he had no complaints (imagine that). Very clean throughout. Our steward was gracious and no requests were accompanied by eye rolls, again imagine that!
