This ship is in excellent condition. We were on the Ruby a few years ago and I didn't notice any wear and tear since then. She is a beauty! We were on during a very crowded New Year's week and yet never felt too crowded. Embarkation took place at 11:30 am but disembarkation was delayed by about 30 minutes. Also the taxi line outside the terminal was horrendous. We waited about 45 minutes for a taxi to the airport. This is the reason I'd never book an early flight.

The towel game was in full effect - if you were not out on deck on sea days by 9 am you'd have difficulty finding a chair, and there are hundreds and hundreds of chairs. We watched the Sugar Bowl under MUTS and despite the rain, had a great night! They come around with pizza slices.

The gym was packed every morning. You usually had to wait for any piece of cardio to open up.

Cabin B4

Absolutely loved this aft cabin. We were a little concerned being over Club Fusion but heard absolutely NO noise whatsoever at night. In fact, this is an extremely quiet location. When we went out each night, we just walked down one flight of stairs to the Promenade deck and avoided the elevators. The first day we had an issue with our toilet not flushing, and received a note that several cabins in our area were backing up and so to be careful. Other than that, no other issues. The Crown Grill is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. There is NO wind whatsoever on this oversized balcony. We ate breakfast out here every morning. Such a spectacular view!
