Quick comment - the service was REALLY bad. Not spotty service issues but a general poor attitude involving most of the staff we had any dealings with. We are very laid back and not pushy but to get treated poorly enough that I am moved to complain takes a lot.

The Sanctuary - you pay for time in this place (and The Sanctuary is quite nice) but the service staff was ridiculous. They "ran" when they saw guests coming and spent most of their time talking among themselves and rarely came around. $40 per person per day I'd expect a little better.

We had a horrible (rude, unfriendly and "invisible" when you needed him) waiter on New Year's Eve dinner. He should not be in customer service. Other wait staff was only "OK" no one made us feel very welcome. I get better service at the diner right down the street from where we live.

Cabin Review

Cabin PS

Cabin was nice, clean, good location to the forward section of the ship, starboard side. I was surprised to find a good amount of storage space for luggage and clothing.
