Our complaints some are small and some are large all made for a disappointing cruise.
Our sign and sail card. When we received our Gold sign and sail card (indicating that we had been on several cruises with Carnival) we proceeded in line to the next stop, where we discovered that the person checking us in forgot to take our pictures. It took 2 men and several tries to get this fixed.
